Transportation: Transportation is a major generator of GHG. Liquid fuel - oil, is extraordinarily practical for transportation, especially via road. Various means will have to be adopted to replace oil with GHG reduced energy sources. Electricity, generated cleanly is the primary candidate, but there are others.
